1 About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of the Bitcoin Guy World website at bitcoinguyworld.com. Bitcoin Guy World is operated by JOZ Group Pty Ltd, Australia (we, us, our). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2 Our Products

We offer educational colouring books, activities and related resources, including digital downloads. Physical printed books may also be offered.

Product descriptions, formats, inclusions and prices are shown on the relevant product page. We may correct genuine listing errors and will contact you if an error materially affects an order.

3 Orders and Availability

An order is submitted when you complete checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm payment and make the product available or confirm fulfilment, subject to applicable consumer law.

We may contact you to resolve payment discrepancies, suspected fraud, delivery issues or genuine stock/fulfilment problems. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

4 Prices and Payments

Any applicable taxes are included in or added to the price as required by law. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Where Bitcoin payments are available, BTCPay Server generates payment instructions and an invoice with a payment window.

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Card payments are charged in USD, and your card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees; these fees are set by your card issuer, not by us.

The Bitcoin amount and payment destination displayed for that invoice should be used exactly as instructed. Network fees charged by your wallet or the Bitcoin network may be additional.

Underpayments, overpayments, late payments or payments to an incorrect destination may require manual review and may not be automatically fulfilled. Contact us with your order details and transaction ID if there is a problem.

Bitcoin transactions generally cannot be reversed on the blockchain; this does not remove any refund, remedy or consumer guarantee rights you may have under law.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Once Stripe confirms your payment, your download email is sent automatically.

5 Digital Products and Delivery

Digital products are supplied electronically, typically by an email containing a download link after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking spam or junk folders.

Download links may expire or have reasonable security limits; contact us if you have trouble accessing a purchased file. We will take reasonable steps to resolve genuine delivery or file-access issues.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

6 Physical Books, Shipping and Fulfilment

If physical products are offered, we may use Lulu or another disclosed print-on-demand or delivery provider to print and ship orders.

Shipping destinations, costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where available. Estimates are not guarantees.

Customs duties or import charges, if applicable, will be identified where practicable; otherwise the customer may be responsible where lawful and disclosed.

We remain responsible for consumer-law obligations that apply to our sales, even where fulfilment is performed by a third party.

7 Refunds, Returns and Consumer Guarantees

We do not generally offer refunds for a simple change of mind, including after a digital download has been delivered, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, materially different from its description, cannot be supplied as agreed or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

For physical books that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order information and, where practical, photos. For digital files that are corrupt, inaccessible or not as described, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Refunds for Bitcoin purchases may be processed in Bitcoin or another mutually agreed method, subject to applicable law; the amount and exchange-rate treatment will be communicated before processing and must not reduce any legally required remedy.

Approved refunds for card purchases are processed back to the original card through Stripe, in US dollars. Once processed, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer, and the amount shown in your local currency may differ from the original charge because of exchange rates or card issuer fees.

If you have a problem with a card payment, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. If you raise a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer, we may provide the issuer, through Stripe, with relevant order and delivery information to respond to the dispute.

8 Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

Unless otherwise stated, the books, characters, illustrations, text, logos, downloadable files and website content belong to Bitcoin Guy World or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Buying a product does not transfer copyright or other ownership rights.

You may print purchased digital colouring pages for your own household or personal educational use, unless a product listing grants broader permission.

You must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, commercially reproduce or claim ownership of the files or artwork without written permission.

Schools, teachers or organisations seeking classroom or bulk-use permissions should contact us.

9 Bitcoin Education Disclaimer

Our books and website content are designed for general education and entertainment. They are not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice and do not recommend buying, selling or holding any cryptocurrency.

Bitcoin carries financial, technical and security risks. Parents and guardians should guide children when discussing money, technology and digital assets.

10 Children and Parental Supervision

Our products are created for children, but website purchasing and payment services are intended to be used by adults or with appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of our website and resources.

11 Bitcoin Guy World Club and Free Resources

We may offer an optional email newsletter, the Bitcoin Guy World Club, and a free activity pack for subscribers. Promotional emails are subject to the choices made during sign-up and applicable marketing laws.

You can unsubscribe using the link in marketing emails. Free resources remain subject to any stated personal-use or licensing conditions.

Subscription to marketing is not required to receive essential emails relating to an order.

12 Website Availability and External Services

We aim to keep our website and download services available, but occasional maintenance, outages or third-party service interruptions may occur.

Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or practices. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with orders, customer support, payments and newsletter subscriptions.

14 Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of products, incorrect wallet instructions entered by a customer or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed when you place an order generally applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.

16 Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and, where relevant, the applicable Australian state or territory, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.
