Colour & Share Giveaway Terms

1 The Promoter

The promoter is JOZ Group Pty Ltd (ABN 38 673 495 540), Victoria, Australia, which operates Bitcoin Guy World (we, us, our). Website: bitcoinguyworld.com. Email: hello@bitcoinguyworld.com.

2 Who Can Enter

Entries must be made by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over, from their own social media account, on behalf of a child in their care. The artwork must be coloured by that child. Children must not enter themselves.

The giveaway is open to entrants anywhere it is lawful to enter, and is void where prohibited. Our employees, contractors and their immediate families can’t enter.

3 Entry Period

Entries open at 7:30 AM AEDT (UTC+11) on Monday 26 October 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026. Posts made outside this period won’t be judged. The time of an entry is the time shown on the post by the platform.

4 How to Enter

Step 1. Get a page to colour. Download our free activity pack from the Free Activity Pack section of our homepage (it’s free; the download is sent after a quick email sign-up). Pages from any Bitcoin Guy World book are welcome too. If you’d rather not sign up, email us and we’ll send you a page.

Step 2. Your child colours the page.

Step 3. Post a photo of the coloured page (the artwork only) during the entry period, with the hashtag #ColourWithBitcoinGuy:

• X: post from a public account and tag @bitcoinguyworld.
• Instagram: post to your feed from a public account and tag @bitcoinguyworld in the caption. Stories disappear after 24 hours, so they can’t be judged.
• Nostr: post a note that mentions our profile, npub105quwja9pthv9nplrwfnqnnl3g4g4zj8077t69nqw6r54hru8zaqmas7c3 (view on Primal).

Your post must stay public until winners are announced so we can see it. If we can’t see an entry, we can’t judge it.

5 Entry Rules

• There’s no limit on the number of entries. Each entry must be the child’s own colouring, and the same artwork shared on more than one platform counts as one entry.
• Artwork must be the child’s own original colouring of a Bitcoin Guy World page.
• Share the artwork only. Photos must not show a child’s face, full name, school, location or other identifying details. You don’t need to show or name your child to enter.
• Entries must be suitable for a family audience. We may exclude entries that are offensive, break these terms or a platform’s rules, or that we reasonably believe weren’t coloured by the child, or were made using automated tools.
• Entering doesn’t require following our accounts, liking, resharing or buying anything.

6 Judging

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part. Jai Blackley, the founder of Bitcoin Guy World, will judge all valid entries after the giveaway closes. Entries are judged on:

• creativity and imagination (for example, colour choices, patterns and added details);
• effort and care, taking the child’s age into account; and
• overall fun and personality.

The 3 entries that best meet these criteria win. The judge’s decision is final, and we won’t enter into correspondence about the results.

7 Prizes

There are 3 prizes. Each winner chooses one digital book bundle:

• Bitcoin Guy Bundle - Both Volumes (US$10.00), or
• Bitcoin Girl Bundle - Volumes 1 & 2 (US$10.00).

Each prize is worth US$10.00, and the total prize pool is US$30.00. Prizes are PDF downloads sent by email; nothing is shipped. Prizes can’t be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. Each household can win once.

8 Winners and Announcement

Judging will be done by 5:00 PM AEDT on Wednesday 11 November 2026. We’ll then contact each winner by replying to their entry on the platform they used (and by direct message where the platform allows it). We’ll announce winners on our X, Instagram and Nostr accounts and may reshare the winning artwork. We’ll identify winners by their account handle only. We’ll include a child’s first name and age only if the parent asks us to.

We’ll never ask for a password, payment or bank or wallet details to claim a prize. Our only accounts are @bitcoinguyworld on X and Instagram and the Nostr profile above. Messages from anyone else claiming to be us are scams.

9 Claiming a Prize

To claim, the winning parent or guardian must reply with their chosen bundle and an email address for delivery by 11:59 PM AEDT on Wednesday 25 November 2026. We’ll send the bundle within 5 business days of a valid claim. If a prize isn’t claimed in time, or the winner is ineligible, the judge will award it to the next-best entry under the same criteria, and that entrant will have 14 days to claim it.

10 Children’s Privacy and Parental Consent

By entering, the parent or guardian confirms they consent to their child taking part and to the artwork being shared as described in these terms.

We only need the artwork. Please don’t include faces, full names or other identifying details. The only personal information we collect is the winner’s email address (to deliver the prize) and, if the parent chooses to share it, the child’s first name and age (for the announcement). We use it only to run the giveaway and deliver prizes, and handle it under our Privacy Policy. Winning doesn’t sign you up to our newsletter. Free-pack sign-ups follow the newsletter terms in our Privacy Policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

11 Sharing Entries

You keep ownership of your photo and your child’s artwork. By entering, you allow us to reshare your entry, credited to your handle, on our social media accounts and website for the purpose of promoting this giveaway and Bitcoin Guy World. If you’d like a reshare removed, email us and we’ll remove it from our accounts within a reasonable time.

12 Not Sponsored by Any Platform

This giveaway is run by Bitcoin Guy World alone. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X Corp., Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Primal, or any Nostr client, relay or developer. By entering, you release these platforms from any responsibility for the giveaway. Please direct questions to us, not the platforms.

13 Changes and Cancellation

If something beyond our reasonable control affects the giveaway (for example, technical problems, platform changes, fraud or a legal requirement), we may change, suspend, extend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law. We’ll post any change on this page and on our social accounts. We won’t change the prizes or judging criteria to entrants’ disadvantage after entries open unless we have to.

14 Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, hidden or not visible to us because of platform settings or outages, or for problems with a platform or email delivery that are outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15 Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply. If they conflict with these giveaway terms, these terms apply to the giveaway.
